On 1st June 2024 and we would love you to be a part of it!
Firstly, a big shout out to Connor Bestwick who facilitated our meeting! Connor and Bernie were talking over Snapchat and Bernadette spotted Kristian in the background of a picture at a real ale society social. After asking Connor who that 'cute man' was, she was delighted to find out he was moving to Glasgow in the next week. Kristian will tell you that Connor chatted up Bernadette on his behalf; this is not a lie. After Connor put us in contact we went on a semi-blind date a week later. That date included steaks, spilled pints and surprise chocolate - it was perfect!
27th November
It's one of the oldest traditional Indian pre wedding ceremony where the bride and groom attend the event together and a professional mehndi artist applies mehndi to the bride's hands and feet. This will be having a celebratory festival feel to it with people wearing vibrant clothes and dancing, singing, playing games and a lot more.
This event is no way close to ethnic. The bride & groom would like to have some "shots before the knot". With booze flowing down the floor and the western attire on, everyone would be busy showing off their new moves on the stage which they have finely honed. Lastly, expect some beer pong matches & karaoke for sure.
All guests will be included on the invite - we plan to send these out summer 2023. When you recieve your invite, please check - as all invitees names will be listed. Our wedding venue has a restricted capacity therefore we will not be able to accomodate those not accounted for!
We have decided that our wedding will be an adults-only occasion. We hope being given plenty of notice still means you'll be able to make the journey for our wedding.
Our Transport & Logistics co-ordinator will be in touch with specifics, however, for the day itself we have arranged transport to and from Aberdeen city centre.
